If no copying, u shouldn't have published it online.. By copyright and design act, If u have published it, it has gone into, wat we call the 'prior art base' a.k.a. the public knowledge.. so, the best if, only let ppl see if u've produced it and selling it already~ But even so, if ppl wanna copy, no matter wat, they can still copy... But of course provided the design is worth copying la.. hahha...
